Tae Kwon Do Instructor

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Tae Kwon Do Instructors to join our team. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the martial arts journey of our young students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching Tae Kwon Do techniques and principles to children aged 3 to 12
• Developing lesson plans that are engaging and age-appropriate
• Encouraging discipline, respect, and perseverance in students
• Monitoring and assessing students’ progress and providing feedback
• Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
• Collaborating with parents and guardians to discuss student development

Qualifications:

• Black belt in Tae Kwon Do or equivalent martial arts experience
• Previous experience teaching or working with children is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
